Attorney Referrals

The Immigration Law Office of Los Angeles, P.C. welcomes immigration cases referred to us by other attorneys. Attorney Linda Lee will also co–counsel or joint venture with attorneys who need to stay more actively involved in their client’s cases. This office pays attorney referral and participation fees in strict accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct of the California State Bar and will not increase the standard fee on the client referred to this office by an attorney.

If you are a solo or small firm practitioner and do not have extensive experience in immigration law, do not risk the welfare of your client or possible State Bar sanctions by inadvertently making an error in this incredibly complex and complicated field of immigration law. If you are part of a larger firm and do not have an immigration department established, The Immigration Law Office of Los Angeles, P.C. can serve that role for your firm with a generous joint venture arrangement.

This Office’s policy is to pay all referral fees on the same day it has earned and removed the client’s fees from our IOLTA account. Likewise, you will receive timely and extensive updates on your client’s case status.
