The 23-story, 393-room Marriott hotel tower was funded with foreign investment through the EB-5 program and the hotel will create thousands of permanent jobs for American workers.

Local Councilman as well as developers’ officials gave remarks at the ceremony after which the attendees toured the premises. The Marriott at LA Live – a major sports and entertainment district in downtown Los Angeles – gave EB-5 investors an opportunity to own a part of exciting real estate at the heart of Los Angeles, which continues to be among the most desirable locations for foreign investors.
