Managing Attorney
Linda Lee is the Managing Attorney of the Immigration Law Office of Los Angeles. She has been practicing immigration law for the past 25 years. Ms. Lee focuses on business immigration by representing employers and employees with their visa needs (H-1B, O, L-1,TN, E-1 E-2, E-3). She further assists her clients with their legal permanent resident applications (PERM/labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, National Interest Waivers, EB-1 Multinational Executive petitions, and EB-1 individuals with extraordinary ability).
Ms. Lee has advised executives at multi-national corporations with full-service immigration advice and petitions and assisted start-ups to grow and expand rapidly – one of which went IPO. She has 20 years as a strategist for corporations assisting them in implementing solutions for hiring high tech workers (including assisting with intra-company transfers and EB-1 multi-national executive permanent residency petitions). As part of her service she coordinates with executives, technical departments and HR to advise and deliver solutions for multiple corporations.
Ms. Lee has assisted hospitals, nurses and physicians with their permanent residency and work immigration matters, assisted athletes, business people, scientists and artists, and assisted students with F-1 visas. She has extensive experience working with HR at small and medium-sized companies with their immigration needs and also provided training and immigration seminars to HR staff.
Ms. Lee also has two decades worth of experience representing high-net worth individuals/investors with legal permanent residence petitions (EB-5 and I-829 petitions)
In addition, she has represented individuals in hundreds of marriage cases, fiancé visas, K visas, and naturalizations.
Ms. Lee has successfully represented and received approvals on more than 4,000 immigration cases. Linda Lee received a degree in A. B. in Political Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in December of 1986; graduated with a J. D. from the University of Detroit School of Law in Detroit, Michigan in May of 1990 and she received a degree in L. L. M. in International Business Law from the University of London, England in October of 1991. She is a frequent writer and speaker on immigration law in publications and on radio programs. She has held numerous positions with various local chapters of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
