I had the opportunity to consult with Attorney Linda and her team (Arturo, Peter, Winston) regarding a significant immigration matter for a family member, perhaps one of the toughest cases her team might have seen. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and patient in explaining the process. They guided us step by step, answered all our questions promptly, and gave us peace of mind during a very stressful and complicated time. Even as circumstances of the case changed unexpectedly and new challenges arose, Linda and her team adjusted and accommodated to ensure a strong transparent petition/application was sent to USCIS. In less than 2.5 months from date of submission in June, we already had an interview scheduled for in September.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected events and challenges that transpired after our submission, the journey became rocky and I became uncertain with whether to continue the process. In the end, my family member and I could not reconcile our issues in time for the September interview and we had to go our own separate ways. It was a really difficult and emotional decision and I wish my family member the best in her future but I ultimately made a choice to withdraw the petition. I am grateful for the excellent support we received throughout the process. Linda and her staff were compassionate, detail-oriented, and always available when we needed clarification. They worked really hard and put us in the best position for our petition/application to succeed and it likely would have had it not been for some unfortunate circumstances. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone seeking trustworthy and experienced immigration guidance.

The ILOLA team did great work on our case. Linda and her team provided a lot of guidance through the immigration filing case and the preparation for our interview. As anything arose, the whole team was extremely responsive and were always able to provide clear guidance on how to proceed. In multiple instances, aspects about the immigration process that were difficult or inscrutable were made much more navigable by the excellent team.
